No. Both are set up during the build in accounts registered in your name, so you own them from day one.
The free concept is the example. It is a homepage designed for your actual business, which tells you far more than a portfolio of someone else’s.
It depends on the size of the site, so the timeline is agreed in writing alongside the quote. You will know your launch date before you pay anything.
